Art
In Trimester 1, I had Art with Mrs. Thies first. My art class was on the fifth period of every odd day. In art class this year, we made our clay fish piece, our plaster Stella piece. I wasn't done with the plaster Stella piece because I was plastering and painting in a very slow pace, and I missed most of the Tuesday-after school helps that I was about to go to. However, I am close to being done :) Also, my clay fish piece was a great success~~ The fish piece was made with clay, dried, gone in the kiln, glazed, and gone in the kiln again. (That's the basic process of making the clay piece). I was inspired by the blue Angry Bird of the Angry Bird game. At first, I was trying to make the yellow Angry Bird. However, that didn't work out well because once I tried to make the ball, or the body of the fish from round to triangular, the body of the fish started to crack and become an oval shape. Well, I didn't want a cracking and oval shaped fish, so I just decided to make it a round angry bird. Because I didn't like the red angry bird because in the game, the blue angry bird has a better function than the red one, for the blue one can be split into three if you touch it on the way, I decided to change my mind and make the blue angry bird.
